La processione dei Misteri è una processione religiosa che si svolge a Trapani dal Venerdì al Sabato santo, da oltre 400 anni. L'origine è spagnola e, infatti, ha analogie importanti con le celebrazioni andaluse. La processione, composta da 20 Gruppi Sacri, ha inizio alle 14 del Venerdì santo per concludersi, oltre ventiquattro ore dopo, con una pausa notturna, il Sabato santo.
